BicepHeart Terms of service

Using BicepHeart

You must be at least 18 and have the rights and consent needed for every photo you upload. Do not use photos of minors or recognizable public figures. Follow the Acceptable use policy. Keep your Google account secure; access to purchased credits is linked to that account.

BicepHeart creates explicitly AI generated gesture videos, not evidence of a real event. You must not present an output as authentic footage to deceive others. We are independent of social platforms, trend creators and model providers.

Purchases and credits

The offered one time packs are USD9.90 for 1 video and USD19.90 for 3 videos. Checkout shows any applicable tax and final amount. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Purchased credits last 365 days from their order's purchase date; credits are account bound, not cash and not transferable.

One accepted generation reserves one paid credit. A confirmed failure restores that original credit and expiry. A pending request is checked rather than automatically submitted again. Refunds follow the Refund policy and mandatory consumer law.

When checkout is available, Waffo Pancake handles payment processing and acts as merchant of record for the transaction. The checkout identifies the payment provider and final charge. The service uses third-party AI models as described on our About and Privacy pages.

Results and availability

The output is a short MP4; duration varies with the generated result. AI results vary in hands, appearance, clothing, background, timing and quality; no exact likeness or pose is guaranteed. Provider demand can delay a task. We do not guarantee continuous availability, a particular social platform result, or an absence of content restrictions.

Your content

You retain your rights in uploaded content. You grant us the limited permission needed to process it, run safety checks, deliver the requested result and operate this service through our providers. This does not permit us to publish your private files as examples. You are responsible for the rights needed for your use and distribution of outputs; no additional intellectual property clearance is promised.

Files, accounts and responsibility

Uploads are retained for up to seven days and results for up to sixty days, with early deletion available. Download the files you need. We may refuse prohibited requests or suspend misuse, subject to applicable law and valid paid entitlements. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support@bicepheart.xyz within two business days' response time for help, disputes or account questions.
