BicepHeart Acceptable use

Allowed use

Use a photo of yourself or a fully clothed adult who agreed to this specific AI video. Keep the result clearly presented as AI generated. The bicep heart is a playful, non intimate gesture; consent to a photo is not automatically consent to every use.

Prohibited content and conduct

Do not upload or request:

• Any person under 18, sexual content, nudity or sexual exploitation.
• Recognizable celebrities, politicians or other public figures, nonconsensual likenesses, intimate impersonation or deceptive identity use.
• Harassment, hate, threats, graphic violence, self harm or dangerous or illegal acts.
• Content you do not have the rights to use, or material designed to impersonate an endorsement or authentic event.
• Group or third party private files that you are not authorized to submit.

Do not bypass access or payment checks, probe other users' private files, abuse the API or try to override content safety checks. Processing providers may reject a request under their own rules.

Enforcement and reporting

Photos and fixed generation prompts undergo safety checks before generation. Processing providers may reject a request under their own policies. A rejected or confirmed failed video follows our credit restoration rules; a payment redirect alone never grants entitlement. We may block prohibited content, restrict abuse or suspend an account as allowed by applicable law. Do not resubmit a prohibited request with altered wording to evade a decision.

Report misuse or a rights concern to support@bicepheart.xyz, with the relevant reference and a short description. Do not send unnecessary sensitive files. We respond within two business days. See the Terms, Privacy and Refund policy.
