Request window

Contact support@bicepheart.xyz within 14 days of payment and include the order reference and account email. We reply within two business days. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Unused packs

If none of the video credits from the order has been used or is committed to a processing task, you may request a full refund of that order. Refunded credits are revoked and cannot be spent later.

Partly used packs

Refunds are proportional to the remaining unused entitlement from that specific order, with cash rounded to the payment currency's smallest unit. For example, after one video from a USD19.90 three video pack is used, two unused credits represent a USD13.27 refund before any platform adjustments required by applicable law. The remaining credits are revoked when the refund succeeds. We check processing tasks before deciding what is unused.

Failed or delayed generation

A confirmed failed generation automatically restores its original credit and original expiry. It does not automatically trigger a cash refund. A request still processing or under review is not treated as failed merely because it is slow; we check the original task to avoid duplicate charges. Contact us if a completed result is clearly broken and include its task reference. AI variation alone does not guarantee a particular visual result.

Processing

Approved refunds go through the original payment platform and payment method where available. The provider and your financial institution determine posting time; we cannot promise an exact date. Purchase credits expire 365 days from their original purchase date and are not cash. This policy does not limit rights that applicable law requires us to provide.
