Help us find your request

For a video problem, include the task reference from My videos, a short description and when it happened. For a purchase or refund, include the order reference and the email used to sign in. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, identity documents or unnecessary photos.

If a video is still processing, do not start the same request again. The original task may still finish. A confirmed failed generation returns its original credit; a processing delay is not automatically a failed task.

Refunds and privacy

Unused purchases may be refunded within 14 days. Partly used packs are refunded in proportion to the remaining credits from that order, subject to mandatory consumer rights. See the Refund policy.

For early file deletion, use the delete control on a completed or failed item in My videos. For an account access or other privacy request, contact support from your account email. We may ask for enough information to verify ownership, but never your password.
